Overlack Ltd, Bulgaria started a partnership with the world's leading manufacturers of inorganic pigments - iron oxide, chrome oxide green – Lanxess IPG – marketed under the names: Bayferrox, Colortherm, Chromoxidgrün, Bayscape, Bayoxide.
Our goal: professional attitude to customers and partners throughout the trade-logistic and technological process of selection, delivery and application of a product of Lanxess IPG - Bayferrox, Colortherm, Chromoxidgrün, etc.
A fex words about the chemical concern Lanxess – in the course of a new organization of Bayer AG in 2004, most of the chemical and about 1/3 of the production of polymers are moved to the newly created company Lanxess Deutschland GmbH. Since 2005, parent company Lanxess AG is separated from Bayer AG and is then listed on the exchange.
Headquarters of Lanxess is in Germany. The company has offices in 18 countries, 50 plants, suggesting an optimal service to business partners in all major regions. Like production and distribution, research and development are also organized globally.
Along with basic chemicals, specialty chemicals and chemicals for fine chemistry, the portfolio of Lanxess also includes rubber and rubber chemicals, and various polymers.

Overlack Ltd, Bulgaria will represent and distribute to our market the products from the portfolio of the business-subgroup of Lanxess - IPG - Inorganic Pigment Group, which incorporates the production and global distribution of inorganic pigments: Bayferrox, Colortherm, Chromoxidgrün, Bayscape, Bayoxide offering individual solutions for coloring the basic building materials (concrete blocks, tiles and many other), paints and varnishes, surface coating materials, polymers, paper, etc. Also special products that serve toners, ceramics and catalyst industries.
The production of the synthetic inorganic pigments Bayferrox, Colortherm, Chromoxidgrün uses modern technologies and processes. The main production method is the Laux method, but some production installations also apply a settling method known as the Fäll/Penniman method.
The palette of available pigments of Lanxess is comprehensive. For each primary color it contains an array of closely separated color pigments, so that Bayferrox, Chromoxidgrün cover extremely wide color spectrum.
Lanxess IPG produced worldwide inorganic pigments: Bayferrox, Colortherm, Chromoxidgrün. In terms of quantity and quality, Lanxess is the major distributor of such products internationally, and can also offer specific solutions for specific types of pigment.
In addition to the wide product range, Lanxess Inorganic Pigments offers competent technical assistance regarding the diverse applications of the inorganic pigments Bayferrox, Colortherm, Chromoxidgrün: in building chemistry, varnish and paint industry, coloring of: polymers, plastics, glass, ceramics, cosmetics, paper, etc.
Lanxess offers over 20 products from the assortment of Bayferrox, as well as Chromoxidgrün in the so called "High performance" quality.
This HP (High performance) – product group covers red, yellow and black pigments in micronized form. Decisive advantages of these products are the narrow tolerances in terms of color tone and color saturation. The products are thermostabilized too. Their application in varnish and paint industry, powder paints (coatings) has proven its effectiveness over the years.
As the official representative for Bulgaria, Overlack Ltd will distribute to our market the various types of inorganic pigments, manufactured by Lanxess IPG - Bayferrox, Colortherm, Chromoxidgrün.
For decades, inorganic pigments under the brand Bayferrox, Chromoxidgrün have proven their effectiveness and reliability in various applications in coloring various products, for example concrete elements, roofing tiles, paints and varnishes, plasters, plastics, paper, ceramics and special pigments for various other applications.

All types of Bayferrox, Colortherm, Chromoxidgrün show excellent resistance to weather, light, chemicals and aging, regardless of whether they are used for coloring products of building chemistry, varnish and paint industry or plastic products.
Synthetically produced iron oxide pigments of the Bayferrox line are available in powder form, granular form and as a compact pigment.
