In 1922, the two brothers Heinrich and Lutz Overlack founded Gebr. Overlack Chemische Fabrik in Moenchengladbach, Germany.
The company grew dynamically, following the democratic changes in Europe after 1990, and turned into one of the largest European distributors of chemical products. Overlack AG proved to be a reliable partner and supplier of chemical raw materials, intermediate products and specialty chemicals.
At present, the Overlack holding operates in the market of chemical products all over Europe.
Overlack AG founded 11 subsidiary companies in Germany and 12 in Central and Eastern Europe, Russia, Ukraine, and Turkey. The company also has a trading office in China.
